Job description:

Parkwide Bike Rentals is a bicycle rental and tour company looking for enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team! Ideal candidates are high energy, customer service oriented people who are excited to share everything that SF parks have to offer with visitors and locals alike.

We are currently looking to fill part-time and full-time customer service positions.

Customer Service Staff Responsibilities:
- Pleasantly greet each customer as the arrive
- Present customer with route options
- Distribute/receive bicycles, and offer a hand of assistance to those customers who appear to need it
- Register customers - provide paperwork, complete transactions, update rental logs
- Troubleshoot customer complaints/concerns

Desired Qualifications:
- Outgoing, energetic, and fun personality
- Great with people
- Must enjoy working outdoors year round and serving the public
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and may be required to bike during shift
- Excellent team player, and ability to shift priorities
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Attention to detail
- Bicycle knowledge/experience a PLUS but not necessary
- Multilingual a PLUS

NOTE: Employees who excel in Customer Service and have background in supervisor/management positions may later be offered positions as Site Supervisors
